Shipping and Returns
How do we ship our product?
GekPower will ship VIA a most reliable and time-efficient courier depending on the location of delivery.
Customers may provide GekPower with their own courier preference and account number for shipments by writing the courier information in the "special instructions for the seller" section at the time of checkout.
How do we calculate the shipment cost?
Our prices are based on US dollars as follows:

For orders total $49 USD or above (Canada and US only)
Why the shipping cost, even after exceeding the flat rate for a few products?
Product shipping cost is charged based on the quantity and size of the product. A surcharge will be applied to any oversized item.
When do we ship our product?
All orders are shipped through different carriers based on the priority you selected in the checkout. All orders are shipped on the same day you purchased from Monday to Friday, excluding on holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
How does our Return or Exchange Policy work?
- All returned products must be in new, resellable condition, in original packaging to be accepted as a valid return or exchange.
- The customer is responsible for the shipment fees.

Special orders, Cut channels (Or longer), Strip lights, or assembled or disassembled products are not refundable.

Duty Charge:
- Customer will be responsible for any duty charges incurred on a returned product by the carrier.
What if you want to cancel your order?
We accept cancellation and full refund orders if the parcel is not delivered to a courier. Shipping charges are not refundable.
