How do we ship our product?
We ship our products using regular Canada Post. Please contact us if you have any concerns with your order, and we will do whatever we can to assist you.
How do we calculate the shipment cost?
Our prices are based on US dollar as follows:
For order total $70 or above
Why the shipping cost, even after exceeding the flat rate for few products?
Product shipping cost is charged on the basis of the quantity and size of the product. A surcharge will be applied to any oversized item.
When do we ship our product?
All orders are shipped through different carriers based upon your priority you have selected in the checkout. All orders are shipped on the same day you purchased from Monday to Friday, excluding on holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
How does our Return Policy work?
We don’t accept any return or exchange of the product you have ordered. We assure you that our product is tested before shipping and is high quality product. If you have any queries about the product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you.
When is exchange applicable?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
What if you want to cancel your order?
We accept cancellation and full refund order if the parcel does not deliver to a carrier. Shipping charges are not refundable.
