The VEROBOARD VBD-CH-D2 is an aluminum LED channel or extrusion designed for recessing in drywall or mounting onto surfaces using double-sided tape or screws. It comes with a frosted polycarbonate diffuser to reduce light glare and protect the LED strip inside from dust and damage. The aluminum channel acts as a heat sink for the LED strip, increasing its lifetime. The base height of the channel to the diffuser is 9mm, giving a clean and modern look without any visible dots.
The channel is 1000mm long and 12.8mm wide, and can be easily cut using a regular hack saw. The package includes 1-meter aluminum channel with frosted diffuser, 1 pair of endcaps with and without holes, and it is available in a silver-grey finish. The channel is suitable for all kinds of inside corners and general contractor projects, and several lengths can be positioned together for larger applications.
The VBD-CH-D2 can be used with any color temperature LED strips to provide versatile interior lighting options, making it an elegant and modern choice for any application. The endcaps can be easily mounted at the end of the project, and for outdoor use, waterproof strip lights with an IP66 or higher rating are recommended, and the endcaps should be sealed with silicon to prevent contact with water.
