How do we ship our product?
GekPower will ship via the most reliable and time-efficient courier available depending on the location of the delivery.
Customers may provide GekPower with their own courier preference and can include an account number, if applicable, by writing the courier information in the "special instructions for the seller" section at the time of checkout.
How do we calculate the shipping cost?
Our prices are based on US dollars and are as follows:

Why is there a shipping cost, even after exceeding the flat rate for a few products?
Product shipping costs are charged based on the quantity, size, and weight of the product. A surcharge will be applied to any oversized items.
When do we ship our products?
All orders are shipped through different couriers based on the priority you selected at checkout. All orders are shipped within one business day of purchase from Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays (see below). Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
What if you want to cancel your order before it is shipped?
We accept cancellations and full refunds on all orders if the parcel has not been picked up by, or dropped off at, a courier.
How does our Return or Exchange Policy work?
- All returned products must be in new, resellable condition and in original packaging to be accepted as a valid return or exchange.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Special orders, altered channels, strip lights, or assembled/disassembled products are not refundable.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Two week processing time.
- To Return any product, make sure to use USPS for the United States, Other shipping companies are NOT acceptable.

Return Duty Charge:
- The customer is responsible for any duty charges incurred on a returned product by the carrier, if applicable.
Undelivered Orders:

The UL-1020-0500-A is a high-quality 2.5 inch square recessed inground light fixture designed for outdoor applications. It features a powerful integrated COB LED bulb that produces a warm white (3000K) light with a total power consumption of 5W, making it energy-efficient and cost-effective. The housing of this fixture is made of a sturdy die-cast aluminum body with a cap material of 316 stainless steel, ensuring durability and longevity.
This inground light fixture is rated IP67, which makes it suitable for use in all weather conditions and is resilient to being stepped upon. It is also dimmable, allowing you to adjust the brightness to your desired level. The cable size of this fixture is Ø7.5mm (0.29in) with a length of 1m (39.3in) and 18AWG. The dimensions of this fixture with housing are 65mm in side, 100mm in height, and with a base diameter of 61mm. Without the housing, the dimensions are 65mm in side and 62mm in height.
