How do we ship our product?
GekPower will ship via the most reliable and time-efficient courier available depending on the location of the delivery.
Customers may provide GekPower with their own courier preference and can include an account number, if applicable, by writing the courier information in the "special instructions for the seller" section at the time of checkout.
How do we calculate the shipping cost?
Our prices are based on US dollars and are as follows:

Why is there a shipping cost, even after exceeding the flat rate for a few products?
Product shipping costs are charged based on the quantity, size, and weight of the product. A surcharge will be applied to any oversized items.
When do we ship our products?
All orders are shipped through different couriers based on the priority you selected at checkout. All orders are shipped within one business day of purchase from Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays (see below). Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
What if you want to cancel your order before it is shipped?
We accept cancellations and full refunds on all orders if the parcel has not been picked up by, or dropped off at, a courier.
How does our Return or Exchange Policy work?
- All returned products must be in new, resellable condition and in original packaging to be accepted as a valid return or exchange.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Special orders, altered channels, strip lights, or assembled/disassembled products are not refundable.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Two week processing time.
- To Return any product, make sure to use USPS for the United States, Other shipping companies are NOT acceptable.

Undelivered Orders:

The GL34-3 is a 3-inch round gimbal dimmable LED downlight/ceiling light with a black color finish. It operates on 120V AC with a power consumption of 8W and a current of 180mA. The downlight features selectable color temperature with 3CCT options (3000K-4000K-5000K) and a high rendering index of CRI>90, producing a brightness of 730 lumens and a beam angle of 40°.
The downlight is equipped with an integrated COB LED and an IC rated LED driver, which is included in the package. The downlight is rated IP20 for damp locations and comes with a wire length of 30cm (11.8in) 22AWG.
The downlight is suitable for various indoor applications with its adjustable angle feature and universal ceiling applications. It can be used in both residential and commercial indoor spaces and is suitable for both dry and damp environments. The temperature of the light can be adjusted to the desired application from the junction box DIP switch. No additional LED driver is needed, and the downlight is ETL certified.
