How do we ship our product?
GekPower will ship via the most reliable and time-efficient courier available depending on the location of the delivery.
Customers may provide GekPower with their own courier preference and can include an account number, if applicable, by writing the courier information in the "special instructions for the seller" section at the time of checkout.
How do we calculate the shipping cost?
Our prices are based on US dollars and are as follows:

Why is there a shipping cost, even after exceeding the flat rate for a few products?
Product shipping costs are charged based on the quantity, size, and weight of the product. A surcharge will be applied to any oversized items.
When do we ship our products?
All orders are shipped through different couriers based on the priority you selected at checkout. All orders are shipped within one business day of purchase from Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays (see below). Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
What if you want to cancel your order before it is shipped?
We accept cancellations and full refunds on all orders if the parcel has not been picked up by, or dropped off at, a courier.
How does our Return or Exchange Policy work?
- All returned products must be in new, resellable condition and in original packaging to be accepted as a valid return or exchange.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Special orders, altered channels, strip lights, or assembled/disassembled products are not refundable.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Two week processing time.
- To Return any product, make sure to use USPS for the United States, Other shipping companies are NOT acceptable.

Return Duty Charge:
- The customer is responsible for any duty charges incurred on a returned product by the carrier, if applicable.
Undelivered Orders:

The VBDFS-COB480W4.5-xxxx-24S is a 5-meter long indoor LED strip that utilizes Chip-on-Board (COB) technology to provide high-intensity lighting with low power consumption and high energy efficiency. The strip light is powered by 24V DC and has a wattage of 14W per meter (4.5W per foot).
The LED strip light consists of 480 LED chips per meter, providing a brightness of 1190 lumens per meter (363 lumens per foot). The strip light is available in two different color temperatures, namely 2700K (Soft White), 3000K (Warm White), 3500K (Mid-Warm White) and 4000K (Natural White) and 5000K (Daylight) providing you with options to customize your lighting needs. The strip light has a high rendering index (CRI>95+) ensuring accurate color representation.
The strip light can be cut every 2 inches, allowing you to customize the length to your desired size. However, it is recommended to use metallic aluminum channels or LED profiles for a good heat sink to increase the LED lifespan. The flexible PCBs used in this strip light are of high quality and have at least 2 ounces or 3 ounces in particular models, which ensures low voltage drop and good heat dispersion.
