How do we ship our product?
GekPower will ship via the most reliable and time-efficient courier available depending on the location of the delivery.
Customers may provide GekPower with their own courier preference and can include an account number, if applicable, by writing the courier information in the "special instructions for the seller" section at the time of checkout.
How do we calculate the shipping cost?
Our prices are based on US dollars and are as follows:

Why is there a shipping cost, even after exceeding the flat rate for a few products?
Product shipping costs are charged based on the quantity, size, and weight of the product. A surcharge will be applied to any oversized items.
When do we ship our products?
All orders are shipped through different couriers based on the priority you selected at checkout. All orders are shipped within one business day of purchase from Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays (see below). Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
What if you want to cancel your order before it is shipped?
We accept cancellations and full refunds on all orders if the parcel has not been picked up by, or dropped off at, a courier.
How does our Return or Exchange Policy work?
- All returned products must be in new, resellable condition and in original packaging to be accepted as a valid return or exchange.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Special orders, altered channels, strip lights, or assembled/disassembled products are not refundable.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Two week processing time.
- To Return any product, make sure to use USPS for the United States, Other shipping companies are NOT acceptable.

Return Duty Charge:
- The customer is responsible for any duty charges incurred on a returned product by the carrier, if applicable.
Undelivered Orders:

The 5M (16.4ft) Indoor LED Strip Light is a lighting product designed for indoor use only, featuring 240 high-quality 3014 SMD LEDs per meter, which provide a brightness range of 2400-2880Lm/m (727-873Lm/ft) and a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of over 95, making it an energy-efficient, eco-friendly, and long-lasting illumination solution. The LED strip is available in three different color temperatures, namely Soft White (2700K), Natural White (4000K), and Daylight (5000K), making it suitable for a wide range of indoor lighting applications, such as signage, interior and exterior lighting, backlighting, accent lighting, under and over-cabinet lighting, landscape lighting, bar, club, architecture, entertainment, and any other areas where long-lasting and high-quality illumination is required.
The LED strip operates on a low voltage input of 12V DC, with a wattage of 22W per meter (7 W/ft), and is dimmable. It features an IP rating of IP20, which makes it suitable for indoor use only, and its dimensions are 5,000mm x 12mm (196.8in x 0.47in).
