How do we ship our product?
GekPower will ship via the most reliable and time-efficient courier available depending on the location of the delivery.
Customers may provide GekPower with their own courier preference and can include an account number, if applicable, by writing the courier information in the "special instructions for the seller" section at the time of checkout.
How do we calculate the shipping cost?
Our prices are based on US dollars and are as follows:

Why is there a shipping cost, even after exceeding the flat rate for a few products?
Product shipping costs are charged based on the quantity, size, and weight of the product. A surcharge will be applied to any oversized items.
When do we ship our products?
All orders are shipped through different couriers based on the priority you selected at checkout. All orders are shipped within one business day of purchase from Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays (see below). Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
What if you want to cancel your order before it is shipped?
We accept cancellations and full refunds on all orders if the parcel has not been picked up by, or dropped off at, a courier.
How does our Return or Exchange Policy work?
- All returned products must be in new, resellable condition and in original packaging to be accepted as a valid return or exchange.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Special orders, altered channels, strip lights, or assembled/disassembled products are not refundable.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Two week processing time.
- To Return any product, make sure to use USPS for the United States, Other shipping companies are NOT acceptable.

Undelivered Orders:

The HM05-PS7-12W120-3CCT-WRA is a 7 inch square dimmable recessed LED downlight/ceiling light that operates on 120V AC and consumes 12 watts of power. It offers three selectable color temperatures - 3000K (Warm White), 4000K (Natural White), and 5000K (Daylight) - to suit various lighting needs.
The downlight is versatile and can be surface mounted on a regular ceiling using screw anchors, or it can be embedded in a recessed can/J-box through an E26 Socket Adapter and spring tabs. The available satin nickel and matte black color trims can be easily snapped to the fixture without requiring any tool. The downlight dissipates very little heat, making it safe to touch, and has a lifespan of 35,000 hours.
This downlight is well-suited for both commercial and residential indoor spaces and features a high-quality reflector that helps avoid glare. The LED light is integrated at the sides within the fixture, providing even light distribution without flicker. Additionally, this downlight is suitable for damp locations, making it ideal for bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas where moisture is present.
