 How do we ship our product?

GekPower will ship via the most reliable and time-efficient courier available depending on the location of the delivery.

Customers may provide GekPower with their own courier preference and can include an account number, if applicable, by writing the courier information in the "special instructions for the seller" section at the time of checkout.

How do we calculate the shipping cost?

Our prices are based on US dollars and are as follows:

Why is there a shipping cost, even after exceeding the flat rate for a few products?

Product shipping costs are charged based on the quantity, size, and weight of the product. A surcharge will be applied to any oversized items. 

When do we ship our products?

All orders are shipped through different couriers based on the priority you selected at checkout. All orders are shipped within one business day of purchase from Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays (see below). Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.

What if you want to cancel your order before it is shipped?

We accept cancellations and full refunds on all orders if the parcel has not been picked up by, or dropped off at, a courier.

How does our Return or Exchange Policy work? 

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Important information below:
  • All returned products must be in new, resellable condition and in original packaging to be accepted as a valid return or exchange. 
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Special orders, altered channels, strip lights, or assembled/disassembled products are not refundable.
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply.
  • Two week processing time.
  • To Return any product, make sure to use USPS for the United States, Other shipping companies are NOT acceptable.

    Return Duty Charge:

    The CBAC-042-36185-120V-2700K Paragon LED Module is a COB LED module designed for indoor use with a power consumption of 11W and a voltage rating of 120V AC. It has a color temperature of 2700K, which produces a soft white light. The module is dimmable and has a high color rendering index of over 90, ensuring that colors are displayed accurately.

    The module comes with a H48185  COB LED holder that allows for easy mechanical and electrical connections, as well as secure attachment to a heat sink. The COB holder has dimensions of ∅42.3mm (1.6 in) x H5.88mm (0.23 in)

    To prevent overheating and ensure the longevity of the module, it is recommended to use an aluminum heat sink when designing lamps with this module. The silicone grease thermal pad that comes with the module provides additional heat dissipation.

    The module also includes a polycarbonate diffuser that can be easily attached or detached. The diffuser protects the module and helps to reduce glare and refract the light in a wider beam. This product is certified by UL and is suitable for use in damp locations.
