 How do we ship our product?

GekPower will ship via the most reliable and time-efficient courier available depending on the location of the delivery.

Customers may provide GekPower with their own courier preference and can include an account number, if applicable, by writing the courier information in the "special instructions for the seller" section at the time of checkout.

How do we calculate the shipping cost?

Our prices are based on US dollars and are as follows:

Why is there a shipping cost, even after exceeding the flat rate for a few products?

Product shipping costs are charged based on the quantity, size, and weight of the product. A surcharge will be applied to any oversized items. 

When do we ship our products?

All orders are shipped through different couriers based on the priority you selected at checkout. All orders are shipped within one business day of purchase from Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays (see below). Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.

What if you want to cancel your order before it is shipped?

We accept cancellations and full refunds on all orders if the parcel has not been picked up by, or dropped off at, a courier.

How does our Return or Exchange Policy work? 

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Important information below:
  • All returned products must be in new, resellable condition and in original packaging to be accepted as a valid return or exchange. 
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Special orders, altered channels, strip lights, or assembled/disassembled products are not refundable.
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply.
  • Two week processing time.
  • To Return any product, make sure to use USPS for the United States, Other shipping companies are NOT acceptable.

    The CDAC-080-5028-120-2700K COB Paragon LED Module with HT5828 LED Holder is a high-quality LED module suitable for indoor use. The module contains 80 COB LED chips and has a wattage of 30W with a voltage rating of 120V AC. The module has a power factor greater than 0.85 and has a luminous intensity of 3150 lumens. It has a color temperature of 2700K (Soft White) and a rendering index greater than 80. The module is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the brightness according to your needs.

    The module comes with a COB LED Holder model HT5828, and a thermal pad to help in better heat dissipation, thereby increasing the lifespan of the module. It also includes a polycarbonate diffuser that can be easily attached or detached. The diffuser helps to protect the module and reduce glare while refracting the light to produce a wider beam.

    The module has an IP20 rating, which means it is suitable for indoor use only. It is recommended to use an aluminum heat sink to prevent overheating, which can cause serious luminous decay. The COB holder allows the module to be mechanically secured, electrically connected, and pressed to a heat sink. The module has an operating temperature range of -40 ~ +105℃ and a storage temperature range of -40 ~ +105℃.
