How do we ship our product?
GekPower will ship via the most reliable and time-efficient courier available depending on the location of the delivery.
Customers may provide GekPower with their own courier preference and can include an account number, if applicable, by writing the courier information in the "special instructions for the seller" section at the time of checkout.
How do we calculate the shipping cost?

Why is there a shipping cost, even after exceeding the flat rate for a few products?
Product shipping costs are charged based on the quantity, size, and weight of the product. A surcharge will be applied to any oversized items.
When do we ship our products?
All orders are shipped through different couriers based on the priority you selected at checkout. All orders are shipped within one business day of purchase from Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays (see below). Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
What if you want to cancel your order before it is shipped?
We accept cancellations and full refunds on all orders if the parcel has not been picked up by, or dropped off at, a courier.
How does our Return or Exchange Policy work?
- All returned products must be in new, resellable condition and in original packaging to be accepted as a valid return or exchange.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Special orders, altered channels, strip lights, or assembled/disassembled products are not refundable.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Two week processing time.
- To Return any product, make sure to use USPS for the United States, Other shipping companies are NOT acceptable.

The VBUN-2R25-12V-Silver Grey Round LED Cabinet Light (Shine Series) is a 12V 2.5W cabinet lighting fixture suitable for both flush mount/recessed and surface mount installations. It features a trim color finish in shine silver grey and is made of aluminum material for effective heat dissipation and long lifespan with low light decay. The light fixture is environmentally friendly and RoHS compliant, and has a high energy efficiency with low power consumption.
The LED type used in the fixture is 3 x 5730 SMD, with a luminous flux of 230-250 Lumens and a beam angle of 120°. It is available in various color temperatures, including 2400K (Sunset White), 2700K (Soft White), 3000K (Warm White), 3500K (Mid-Warm White), 4000K (Natural White), and 5000K (Daylight).
The fixture is rated CRI>90 and meets Canadian and United States standards with UL STD. C22.2. It is also dimmable, but the dimmer control must have the same input rating as the dimmable power supply driver it connects to, and other low voltage dimmers are also compatible.
The VBUN-2R25-12V Shine Silver Grey Round LED Cabinet Light has a wire length of 39 inches (1 meter) and comes with push springs for easy installation for the flush mount feature, or can be directly screwed on to the surface. The fixture has an IP20 rating, providing protection from a large part of the body such as a hand, and is applicable only for dry locations.
The cut size of the fixture is 54 mm (2 1/8 inch), making it a good replacement for a halogen light fixture with the same cut size. Depending on the wattage of the transformer, any number of lights can go on one switch. The product is certified by ETL and is available in different colors of the same brightness.
