How do we ship our product?
GekPower will ship via the most reliable and time-efficient courier available depending on the location of the delivery.
Customers may provide GekPower with their own courier preference and can include an account number, if applicable, by writing the courier information in the "special instructions for the seller" section at the time of checkout.
How do we calculate the shipping cost?
Our prices are based on US dollars and are as follows:

Why is there a shipping cost, even after exceeding the flat rate for a few products?
Product shipping costs are charged based on the quantity, size, and weight of the product. A surcharge will be applied to any oversized items.
When do we ship our products?
All orders are shipped through different couriers based on the priority you selected at checkout. All orders are shipped within one business day of purchase from Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays (see below). Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
What if you want to cancel your order before it is shipped?
We accept cancellations and full refunds on all orders if the parcel has not been picked up by, or dropped off at, a courier.
How does our Return or Exchange Policy work?
- All returned products must be in new, resellable condition and in original packaging to be accepted as a valid return or exchange.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Special orders, altered channels, strip lights, or assembled/disassembled products are not refundable.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Two week processing time.
- To Return any product, make sure to use USPS for the United States, Other shipping companies are NOT acceptable.

The CDAC-136-5028-347-5000K COB Paragon LED Module with HT5828 LED Holder is a high-quality LED module designed for indoor lighting applications. It features a COB LED type with 136 LED chips, a wattage of 20W, and a voltage of 347V AC. The module has a power factor of PF>0.85 and a luminous intensity of 2400 Lumens. Like all COB LED modules, this module requires an aluminum heat sink to prevent overheating, which may cause serious luminous decay. The silicone grease thermal pad provides a heat sink and helps in better heat dissipation, thereby increasing the lifespan of the module.
Additionally, the product comes with a polycarbonate diffuser that can easily be attached or detached. The diffuser not only protects the module but also helps in reducing glare and refracting the light in a wider beam. COB LEDs are generally used in almost every kind of luminaire, and this LED module is suitable for use in various indoor lighting applications.
