How do we ship our product?
GekPower will ship via the most reliable and time-efficient courier available depending on the location of the delivery.
Customers may provide GekPower with their own courier preference and can include an account number, if applicable, by writing the courier information in the "special instructions for the seller" section at the time of checkout.
How do we calculate the shipping cost?
Our prices are based on US dollars and are as follows:

Why is there a shipping cost, even after exceeding the flat rate for a few products?
Product shipping costs are charged based on the quantity, size, and weight of the product. A surcharge will be applied to any oversized items.
When do we ship our products?
All orders are shipped through different couriers based on the priority you selected at checkout. All orders are shipped within one business day of purchase from Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays (see below). Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
What if you want to cancel your order before it is shipped?
We accept cancellations and full refunds on all orders if the parcel has not been picked up by, or dropped off at, a courier.
How does our Return or Exchange Policy work?
- All returned products must be in new, resellable condition and in original packaging to be accepted as a valid return or exchange.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Special orders, altered channels, strip lights, or assembled/disassembled products are not refundable.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Two week processing time.
- To Return any product, make sure to use USPS for the United States, Other shipping companies are NOT acceptable.

Undelivered Orders:

These lights can be used as both flush mount and surface mount, with a cut size of 54 mm (2 1/8 inch) and dimensions of 62 mm (2.43 in) Dia x 8 mm (0.31 in) Depth.
The VBUN-R25-12V Blue Round LED Cabinet Lights have a CRI>90 and meet Canadian and United States standards with UL STD. C22.2. They also have an IP20 rating, which provides protection from a large part of the body, such as a hand. However, they are applicable only for DRY locations. These lights come with push springs, making them easy to install for the flush mount feature. Alternatively, they can be directly screwed onto the surface.
The VBUN-R25-12V Blue Round LED Cabinet Lights are dimmable and require a dimmer control that has the same input rating as the dimmable power supply driver it connects to. Other low voltage dimmers are also compatible. These lights are available in different colors of the same brightness and come with 3 feet of wire AWG 22. Depending upon the wattage of the transformer, any number of lights can go on 1 switch. The VBUN-R25-12V Blue Round LED Cabinet Lights are ETL certified, ensuring their safety and reliability.
