How do we ship our product?
GekPower will ship via the most reliable and time-efficient courier available depending on the location of the delivery.
Customers may provide GekPower with their own courier preference and can include an account number, if applicable, by writing the courier information in the "special instructions for the seller" section at the time of checkout.
How do we calculate the shipping cost?
Our prices are based on US dollars and are as follows:

Why is there a shipping cost, even after exceeding the flat rate for a few products?
Product shipping costs are charged based on the quantity, size, and weight of the product. A surcharge will be applied to any oversized items.
When do we ship our products?
All orders are shipped through different couriers based on the priority you selected at checkout. All orders are shipped within one business day of purchase from Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays (see below). Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
What if you want to cancel your order before it is shipped?
We accept cancellations and full refunds on all orders if the parcel has not been picked up by, or dropped off at, a courier.
How does our Return or Exchange Policy work?
- All returned products must be in new, resellable condition and in original packaging to be accepted as a valid return or exchange.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Special orders, altered channels, strip lights, or assembled/disassembled products are not refundable.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Two week processing time.
- To Return any product, make sure to use USPS for the United States, Other shipping companies are NOT acceptable.

Undelivered Orders:

The Round cabinet lighting is a high-quality and energy-efficient lighting solution for modern kitchens, wardrobes, and cabinets. It comes with a model number 20881B-BK-WW, and is powered by 12V DC with a wattage of 3.5W. The LED type is COB LED, and the fixture is made of aluminum with a black finish color.
The Round cabinet light has a long life-span, low light decay, and is environmentally friendly, and RoHS compliant. It can be used as both a flush mount or surface mount, and is rated IP20, which protects against large body parts, such as a hand. However, it is only applicable for DRY locations.
The light is compatible with other low voltage dimmers, but the dimmer control must have the same input rating as the dimmable power supply driver it connects to. It can also be used with any number of lights on 1 switch, depending on the wattage of the transformer.
The Round cabinet light is a good replacement for halogen light fixtures with a cut size of 2.20 inches. It also comes with push springs that make installation for the flush mount feature easy.
