How do we ship our product?
GekPower will ship via the most reliable and time-efficient courier available depending on the location of the delivery.
Customers may provide GekPower with their own courier preference and can include an account number, if applicable, by writing the courier information in the "special instructions for the seller" section at the time of checkout.

Why is there a shipping cost, even after exceeding the flat rate for a few products?
Product shipping costs are charged based on the quantity, size, and weight of the product. A surcharge will be applied to any oversized items.
When do we ship our products?
All orders are shipped through different couriers based on the priority you selected at checkout. All orders are shipped within one business day of purchase from Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays (see below). Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
What if you want to cancel your order before it is shipped?
We accept cancellations and full refunds on all orders if the parcel has not been picked up by, or dropped off at, a courier.
How does our Return or Exchange Policy work?
- All returned products must be in new, resellable condition and in original packaging to be accepted as a valid return or exchange.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Special orders, altered channels, strip lights, or assembled/disassembled products are not refundable.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Two week processing time.
- To Return any product, make sure to use USPS for the United States, Other shipping companies are NOT acceptable.

The Round LED Step Light/Pathway Light with Flat Bevel Trim and Stainless Steel TYPE4 is a high-quality and durable lighting solution. It has a color temperature of 3000K (warm white), RGB and operates on a voltage of 12-24V with a wattage of 1.2W. The LED type used in this light is COB LED, which offers brightness of 40-45Lm.
The front cover and housing of this light are made of passivated aluminum, which makes it corrosion-proof. The diffuser has a 2mm thickness, which makes it suitable for use as a deck light or for inground lighting without worrying about damaging the light. The gasket used in this light is O-ring seal PMQ, and the light source is Osram LED COB Chip. It also offers well heat dissipation, long life-span, and low light decay.
This light can be directly screwed onto the surface with a cut size of just a hole for installation. It comes with 3 feet of wire cable, and depending on the wattage of the transformer, any number of lights can go on one switch.
