How do we ship our product?
GekPower will ship via the most reliable and time-efficient courier available depending on the location of the delivery.
Customers may provide GekPower with their own courier preference and can include an account number, if applicable, by writing the courier information in the "special instructions for the seller" section at the time of checkout.
How do we calculate the shipping cost?
Our prices are based on US dollars and are as follows:

Why is there a shipping cost, even after exceeding the flat rate for a few products?
Product shipping costs are charged based on the quantity, size, and weight of the product. A surcharge will be applied to any oversized items.
When do we ship our products?
All orders are shipped through different couriers based on the priority you selected at checkout. All orders are shipped within one business day of purchase from Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays (see below). Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
What if you want to cancel your order before it is shipped?
We accept cancellations and full refunds on all orders if the parcel has not been picked up by, or dropped off at, a courier.
How does our Return or Exchange Policy work?
- All returned products must be in new, resellable condition and in original packaging to be accepted as a valid return or exchange.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Special orders, altered channels, strip lights, or assembled/disassembled products are not refundable.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Two week processing time.
- To Return any product, make sure to use USPS for the United States, Other shipping companies are NOT acceptable.

They are a good replacement for halogen light fixtures and can be used to hide holes with a cut size smaller than the distance between two screw points, which is 2.64 inches.
These cabinet lights have a CRI>80 and meet Canadian and United States standards with UL STD. C22.2. They are applicable for dry and damp locations, and the number of lights that can go on one switch depends on the wattage of the transformer used. A step-down transformer to line voltage is available in both hardwire and plugin options.
The VBUN-S50-12V Black Square Ultrathin Cabinet Lights can be directly screwed onto the surface, and with a depth of only 0.16 inches, they look more like a flush mount. They come with 3 feet of wire AWG 22 and are dimmable, but the dimmer control must have the same input rating as the dimmable power supply driver it connects to. Other low voltage dimmers are also compatible.
