How do we ship our product?
GekPower will ship via the most reliable and time-efficient courier available depending on the location of the delivery.
Customers may provide GekPower with their own courier preference and can include an account number, if applicable, by writing the courier information in the "special instructions for the seller" section at the time of checkout.
How do we calculate the shipping cost?
Our prices are based on US dollars and are as follows:

Why is there a shipping cost, even after exceeding the flat rate for a few products?
Product shipping costs are charged based on the quantity, size, and weight of the product. A surcharge will be applied to any oversized items.
When do we ship our products?
All orders are shipped through different couriers based on the priority you selected at checkout. All orders are shipped within one business day of purchase from Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays (see below). Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
What if you want to cancel your order before it is shipped?
We accept cancellations and full refunds on all orders if the parcel has not been picked up by, or dropped off at, a courier.
How does our Return or Exchange Policy work?
- All returned products must be in new, resellable condition and in original packaging to be accepted as a valid return or exchange.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Special orders, altered channels, strip lights, or assembled/disassembled products are not refundable.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Two week processing time.
- To Return any product, make sure to use USPS for the United States, Other shipping companies are NOT acceptable.

The VBUN-S50-12V-Silver Grey Square Ultrathin Cabinet Lights are a type of cabinet lighting or cabinet puck lights designed to provide illumination for cabinets, wardrobes, and shelves in modern kitchens. They are constructed with an aluminum housing that offers excellent heat dissipation, long life-span, and low light decay. These lights are environmentally friendly and RoHS compliant.
The lights have a voltage rating of 12 V DC and a wattage of 5 W, with 12 x 5630 SMD LED type. They come with a silver-grey fixture color finish and emit a luminous flux of 400-450 Lm with a beam angle of 120°. They are available in different color temperatures ranging from 2400K (Sunset White) to 5000K (Daylight) to suit different preferences.
The lights have a surface mount square ultrathin puck light design and can be directly screwed onto the surface. With a depth of only 0.16 inches, they look more like a flush mount. The lights are also available in a round shape.
These lights are applicable for dry and damp locations and come with a wire length of 39 inches (1 meter) and AWG 22. They are dimmable, and the dimmer control must have the same input rating as the dimmable power supply driver it connects to. Other low voltage dimmers are also compatible.
