How do we ship our product?
GekPower will ship via the most reliable and time-efficient courier available depending on the location of the delivery.
Customers may provide GekPower with their own courier preference and can include an account number, if applicable, by writing the courier information in the "special instructions for the seller" section at the time of checkout.
How do we calculate the shipping cost?
Our prices are based on US dollars and are as follows:

Why is there a shipping cost, even after exceeding the flat rate for a few products?
Product shipping costs are charged based on the quantity, size, and weight of the product. A surcharge will be applied to any oversized items.
When do we ship our products?
All orders are shipped through different couriers based on the priority you selected at checkout. All orders are shipped within one business day of purchase from Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays (see below). Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
What if you want to cancel your order before it is shipped?
We accept cancellations and full refunds on all orders if the parcel has not been picked up by, or dropped off at, a courier.
How does our Return or Exchange Policy work?
- All returned products must be in new, resellable condition and in original packaging to be accepted as a valid return or exchange.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Special orders, altered channels, strip lights, or assembled/disassembled products are not refundable.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Two week processing time.
- To Return any product, make sure to use USPS for the United States, Other shipping companies are NOT acceptable.

Undelivered Orders:

The SR-2819S-DIM (R1) is a single color remote controller designed for CCT (correlated color temperature) LED lights. It operates on an RF signal output and uses a voltage of 4.5V, which is powered by 3 AAA batteries. The controller communicates using a frequency of 434MHz/869.5MHz/916.5MHz and has a control zone of 4, which allows you to control up to 4 different zones of LED lights with endless receivers in each zone.
The SR-2819S-DIM (R1) remote controller has an ultra-sensitive touch control brightness touch wheel, which enables accurate and fast color control. You can touch the color wheel to choose the brightness level that you want. The controller also allows you to save 3 different scenes for each zone and control the distance around 20-30 meters.
With 256 level brightness adjustment for each white, the SR-2819S-DIM (R1) remote controller allows you to achieve millions of different colors. Additionally, the controller enables smooth dimming without any flickering from 0.1% to 100%, and you can directly access 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% brightness using the buttons.
The SR-2819S-DIM (R1) remote controller also has a humanized memory function that remembers the last Kelvin setting after turn off or cut off. It can work with a power repeater to expand output unlimitedly. The remote comes in a black color and has an operating temperature of 0-40° C and relative humidity of 8% to 80%. The IP rating is IP20, and the dimensions of the controller are 120 x 55 x 17mm (4.7 x 2.1 x 0.66in).
