How do we ship our product?
GekPower will ship via the most reliable and time-efficient courier available depending on the location of the delivery.
Customers may provide GekPower with their own courier preference and can include an account number, if applicable, by writing the courier information in the "special instructions for the seller" section at the time of checkout.
How do we calculate the shipping cost?
Our prices are based on US dollars and are as follows:

Why is there a shipping cost, even after exceeding the flat rate for a few products?
Product shipping costs are charged based on the quantity, size, and weight of the product. A surcharge will be applied to any oversized items.
When do we ship our products?
All orders are shipped through different couriers based on the priority you selected at checkout. All orders are shipped within one business day of purchase from Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays (see below). Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
What if you want to cancel your order before it is shipped?
We accept cancellations and full refunds on all orders if the parcel has not been picked up by, or dropped off at, a courier.
How does our Return or Exchange Policy work?
- All returned products must be in new, resellable condition and in original packaging to be accepted as a valid return or exchange.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Special orders, altered channels, strip lights, or assembled/disassembled products are not refundable.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Two week processing time.
- To Return any product, make sure to use USPS for the United States, Other shipping companies are NOT acceptable.

Undelivered Orders:

The VBUN-2R25-12V-White Round LED Cabinet Lights are a type of cabinet puck lights designed to provide efficient and stylish lighting for modern kitchen cabinets, shelves, and wardrobes. The lights come in a shiny white trim finish and have a diameter of 61.8 mm (2.4 in) and a depth of 10 mm (0.4 in).
The lights are powered by a 12V DC voltage and have a wattage of 2.5W. They use 3 x 5730 SMD LED type and offer a beam angle of 120°. The lights are available in different color temperatures, including 2400K (Sunset White), 2700K (Soft White), 3000K (Warm White), 3500K (Mid-Warm White), 4000K (Natural White), and 5000K (Daylight).
The lights are dimmable and have a wire length of 39 inches (1 meter). They can be installed as both flush mount/recessed and surface mount installation types. The lights have an IP20 rating, providing protection from a large part of the body such as a hand, and are applicable only for dry locations.
The lights come with push springs, making them easy to install for the flush mount feature. Alternatively, they can be directly screwed onto the surface. A dimmer control must have the same input rating as the dimmable power supply driver it connects to, and other low voltage dimmers are also compatible. The lights come with 3 feet of wire AWG 22.
