How do we ship our product?
GekPower will ship via the most reliable and time-efficient courier available depending on the location of the delivery.
Customers may provide GekPower with their own courier preference and can include an account number, if applicable, by writing the courier information in the "special instructions for the seller" section at the time of checkout.
How do we calculate the shipping cost?
Our prices are based on US dollars and are as follows:

Why is there a shipping cost, even after exceeding the flat rate for a few products?
Product shipping costs are charged based on the quantity, size, and weight of the product. A surcharge will be applied to any oversized items.
When do we ship our products?
All orders are shipped through different couriers based on the priority you selected at checkout. All orders are shipped within one business day of purchase from Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays (see below). Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
What if you want to cancel your order before it is shipped?
We accept cancellations and full refunds on all orders if the parcel has not been picked up by, or dropped off at, a courier.
How does our Return or Exchange Policy work?
- All returned products must be in new, resellable condition and in original packaging to be accepted as a valid return or exchange.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Special orders, altered channels, strip lights, or assembled/disassembled products are not refundable.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Two week processing time.
- To Return any product, make sure to use USPS for the United States, Other shipping companies are NOT acceptable.

Return Duty Charge:
- The customer is responsible for any duty charges incurred on a returned product by the carrier, if applicable.
Undelivered Orders:

These are popular channels for projecting lights at a 45-degree angle of the LED strip useful for illuminating light at the adjacent sides. They are also available in Silver Grey color in the same size.
The VBD-CH-C3B-2 Corner Mount (Curve) Linear Aluminum Channel Black is an excellent option for achieving a sleek and professional installation of LED strips in any corner mount application. Measuring 2000mm x 30mm x 30mm (78.7in x 1.18in x 1.18in), this channel is made of high-quality anodized aluminum material that provides durability and can be easily cut to the desired length using a regular hack saw or miter saw.
One of the most notable features of this channel is its curved diffuser design, which widens the beam angle and provides better light distribution. This makes it ideal for illuminating any corner with a wide angle of light. The channel comes with a frosted polycarbonate diffuser (Opal), end caps with and without wiring holes, and mounting brackets with screws for easy installation.
