How do we ship our product?
GekPower will ship via the most reliable and time-efficient courier available depending on the location of the delivery.
Customers may provide GekPower with their own courier preference and can include an account number, if applicable, by writing the courier information in the "special instructions for the seller" section at the time of checkout.
How do we calculate the shipping cost?
Our prices are based on US dollars and are as follows:

Why is there a shipping cost, even after exceeding the flat rate for a few products?
Product shipping costs are charged based on the quantity, size, and weight of the product. A surcharge will be applied to any oversized items.
When do we ship our products?
All orders are shipped through different couriers based on the priority you selected at checkout. All orders are shipped within one business day of purchase from Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays (see below). Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
What if you want to cancel your order before it is shipped?
We accept cancellations and full refunds on all orders if the parcel has not been picked up by, or dropped off at, a courier.
How does our Return or Exchange Policy work?
- All returned products must be in new, resellable condition and in original packaging to be accepted as a valid return or exchange.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Special orders, altered channels, strip lights, or assembled/disassembled products are not refundable.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Two week processing time.
- To Return any product, make sure to use USPS for the United States, Other shipping companies are NOT acceptable.

The PUP40A-1WMC-1200 is a selectable constant current LED driver that can handle up to 40W of power. It supports input voltages ranging from 120-277VAC and has a maximum input current of 0.6A at 100VAC. The driver provides a range of output currents from 850mA to 1200mA with a corresponding output voltage ranging from 9-42VDC. The maximum output power is 39.99W for the 950mA output current and 40W for the 1000mA output current.
The driver supports 0/1-10V(Type A) dimming, allowing for a dimming range of 0.1%-100% and dimming to off. The no-load output voltage is 58V max. The driver has an IP20 rating, making it suitable for use in dry and damp locations. Its efficiency is greater than 87% at full load and 120VAC input voltage. The working temperature range is -20℃ to 50℃ and the lifetime is rated at 50,000 hours at Tc:85℃. The dimensions of the driver are 121.2 x 44.1 x 26.6mm (4.77 x 1.74 x 1in).
