 How do we ship our product?

GekPower will ship via the most reliable and time-efficient courier available depending on the location of the delivery.

Customers may provide GekPower with their own courier preference and can include an account number, if applicable, by writing the courier information in the "special instructions for the seller" section at the time of checkout.

How do we calculate the shipping cost?

Our prices are based on US dollars and are as follows:

Why is there a shipping cost, even after exceeding the flat rate for a few products?

Product shipping costs are charged based on the quantity, size, and weight of the product. A surcharge will be applied to any oversized items. 

When do we ship our products?

All orders are shipped through different couriers based on the priority you selected at checkout. All orders are shipped within one business day of purchase from Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays (see below). Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.

What if you want to cancel your order before it is shipped?

We accept cancellations and full refunds on all orders if the parcel has not been picked up by, or dropped off at, a courier.

How does our Return or Exchange Policy work? 

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Important information below:
  • All returned products must be in new, resellable condition and in original packaging to be accepted as a valid return or exchange. 
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Special orders, altered channels, strip lights, or assembled/disassembled products are not refundable.
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply.
  • Two week processing time.
  • To Return any product, make sure to use USPS for the United States and Canada Post for Canada. Other shipping companies are NOT acceptable.
  • To submit a request for a return or exchange, please email sales@gekpower.com

Note:

  • If an order is undelivered due to refusal, no mailbox, or customs issues, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Duty Charge:

  • Customers will be responsible for any duty charges incurred on a returned product by the carrier.

These are popular channels for preventing any visible spots of the LED strip and provide a good surface finish for flush mount Installation. They are also available in Black color in the same size. 

The VBD-CH-RF1-2 Deep Recessed Linear Aluminum LED Channel is a popular solution for creating a flush mount installation of LED strips. This channel is designed to prevent visible spots from the LEDs and provide a sleek surface finish. The aluminum channel is available in both silver grey and black finishes and measures 2000mm x 17mm x 15mm (78.7in x 0.66in x 0.59in).

The VBD-CH-RF1-2 channel comes with a frosted polycarbonate diffuser, which helps reduce light glare and provides protection from dust, avoiding any kind of damage to the LEDs. It includes end caps with and without holes, as well as mounting brackets with mounting screws, making it easy to install. Additional accessories like end caps and mounting clips are available for purchase separately.
