How do we ship our product?
GekPower will ship via the most reliable and time-efficient courier available depending on the location of the delivery.
Customers may provide GekPower with their own courier preference and can include an account number, if applicable, by writing the courier information in the "special instructions for the seller" section at the time of checkout.
How do we calculate the shipping cost?
Our prices are based on US dollars and are as follows:

Why is there a shipping cost, even after exceeding the flat rate for a few products?
Product shipping costs are charged based on the quantity, size, and weight of the product. A surcharge will be applied to any oversized items.
When do we ship our products?
All orders are shipped through different couriers based on the priority you selected at checkout. All orders are shipped within one business day of purchase from Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays (see below). Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
What if you want to cancel your order before it is shipped?
We accept cancellations and full refunds on all orders if the parcel has not been picked up by, or dropped off at, a courier.
How does our Return or Exchange Policy work?
- All returned products must be in new, resellable condition and in original packaging to be accepted as a valid return or exchange.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Special orders, altered channels, strip lights, or assembled/disassembled products are not refundable.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Two week processing time.
- To Return any product, make sure to use USPS for the United States and Canada Post for Canada. Other shipping companies are NOT acceptable.

The CDAC-20-30135-120V-30 Paragon LED Module is a high-quality LED lighting component designed for indoor use. It contains 20 COB LED chips that produce a warm white light with a color temperature of 3000K and a high color rendering index (CRI>90) which enhances the quality of light by providing true colors. It operates on 120V AC power and has a power consumption of 6 watts, making it energy-efficient and cost-effective.
The module is equipped with an H42135AC COB LED holder that provides mechanical and electrical connections to the heat sink, which is essential to prevent the module from overheating. The holder has dimensions of ∅42.3mm (1.66 in) x H5.88mm (0.23 in) and is suitable for use with an aluminum heat sink.
To enhance its heat dissipation, the module comes with a silicone grease thermal pad that can withstand temperatures up to 300℃ and has a dielectric breakdown voltage of over 4KV. This pad increases the life span of the module and improves its overall performance.
