How do we ship our product?
GekPower will ship via the most reliable and time-efficient courier available depending on the location of the delivery.
Customers may provide GekPower with their own courier preference and can include an account number, if applicable, by writing the courier information in the "special instructions for the seller" section at the time of checkout.
How do we calculate the shipping cost?
Our prices are based on US dollars and are as follows:

Why is there a shipping cost, even after exceeding the flat rate for a few products?
Product shipping costs are charged based on the quantity, size, and weight of the product. A surcharge will be applied to any oversized items.
When do we ship our products?
All orders are shipped through different couriers based on the priority you selected at checkout. All orders are shipped within one business day of purchase from Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays (see below). Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
What if you want to cancel your order before it is shipped?
We accept cancellations and full refunds on all orders if the parcel has not been picked up by, or dropped off at, a courier.
How does our Return or Exchange Policy work?
- All returned products must be in new, resellable condition and in original packaging to be accepted as a valid return or exchange.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Special orders, altered channels, strip lights, or assembled/disassembled products are not refundable.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Two week processing time.
- To Return any product, make sure to use USPS for the United States and Canada Post for Canada. Other shipping companies are NOT acceptable.

The 4 inch Commercial Recessed LED Downlight/Ceiling Light with Sloped Ceiling Reflector Square Trim is a high-quality lighting fixture suitable for use in commercial and public places such as shopping malls, hospitals, airports, hotel lobbies, and similar locations. It features a 20W engine with an inbuilt LED driver, and a J-Box structure with heat-sinks for maximum heat dissipation. The product is available in Warm White (3000K), Natural White (4000K), and Daylight (5000K) color temperatures, and has a brightness of 1760Lm.
The downlight/ceiling light is compatible with all commercial lighting reflector trims (CPS series Model) and comes with an open reflector trim. It has a lifespan of 50,000 hours and can be dimmed using a 0-10v dimmer. The product is designed for recessed lighting of sloped ceilings and is available in different shapes and sizes( 6 inches, Round).
The product is made of aluminum sheet housing with a satin white trim lip that is resistant to corrosion, discoloration, and scratches. It is suitable for indoor use only (dry and damp locations) and has an easy-fit installation with adjustable spring-action housing clips.
