How do we ship our product?
GekPower will ship via the most reliable and time-efficient courier available depending on the location of the delivery.
Customers may provide GekPower with their own courier preference and can include an account number, if applicable, by writing the courier information in the "special instructions for the seller" section at the time of checkout.
How do we calculate the shipping cost?
Our prices are based on US dollars and are as follows:

Why is there a shipping cost, even after exceeding the flat rate for a few products?
Product shipping costs are charged based on the quantity, size, and weight of the product. A surcharge will be applied to any oversized items.
When do we ship our products?
All orders are shipped through different couriers based on the priority you selected at checkout. All orders are shipped within one business day of purchase from Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays (see below). Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
What if you want to cancel your order before it is shipped?
We accept cancellations and full refunds on all orders if the parcel has not been picked up by, or dropped off at, a courier.
How does our Return or Exchange Policy work?
- All returned products must be in new, resellable condition and in original packaging to be accepted as a valid return or exchange.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Special orders, altered channels, strip lights, or assembled/disassembled products are not refundable.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Two week processing time.
- To Return any product, make sure to use USPS for the United States, Other shipping companies are NOT acceptable.

Return Duty Charge:
- The customer is responsible for any duty charges incurred on a returned product by the carrier, if applicable.
Undelivered Orders:

The FS-Neon-BLUE-168-24-WP-4MM LED Neon Light Strip is a versatile lighting solution designed for a wide range of indoor and outdoor lighting applications. This strip light emits a beautiful blue light with a color temperature of 460-465 nm, giving a bright and vibrant illumination that is perfect for creating stunning displays or signs.
With 168 LEDs per meter, this strip light has a wattage of 12W per meter (3.75 W/ft) and operates on an output voltage of 24V DC. The strip light is dimmable and can be cut every 1.6 inches (41.5mm), allowing for easy customization to specific length requirements.
Housed in a durable and waterproof silicone casing with an IP66 rating, this strip light is weatherproof and protected from water and dust.
